These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YourAIAgent service operated by YourAIAgent ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
YourAIAgent provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers incoming calls on behalf of your business, takes messages, provides information to callers, and optionally books appointments on your calendar. The service includes a web dashboard for managing your account, viewing call logs, and configuring your AI receptionist.
To use YourAIAgent, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
YourAIAgent is offered as a monthly subscription with tiered pricing: Starter ($49/month, 250 minutes), Pro ($149/month, 1,000 minutes), and Business ($299/month, 2,000 minutes). Your subscription includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Overage usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at $0.15 per minute.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
You agree not to use YourAIAgent for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are solely responsible for the content of your AI receptionist's greeting, business information, and any customizations you make.
Calls handled by your AI receptionist are logged and may be recorded or transcribed to provide call summaries and transcripts. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording and data collection in your jurisdiction, including informing callers that their call may be recorded or handled by AI. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
YourAIAgent integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service outages or changes.
We strive to maintain high availability of the YourAIAgent service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
YourAIAgent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI receptionist, missed appointments, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your AI receptionist will be deactivated and your phone number will be released. Account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
YourAIAgent offers a money-back guarantee to new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription (excluding the free trial period), you may request a full refund of your subscription fee. To request a refund, contact us at support@youraiagent.biz within 30 days of your first paid charge. Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period will not be honored. This guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only and is limited to one refund per customer. Overage charges incurred during the guarantee period are non-refundable. Upon refund, your account will be cancelled and your AI receptionist will be deactivated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the dashboard. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
